Should Realtors receive a fee for promoting home warranty policies to homeowners?

No, I am a REALTOR and do not believe that agents should be getting paid to refer specific home warranties. There are a number of decent companies out there, and you should check out the fine print, as most have slightly different offerings.
Also, many of these companies are location specific, so I would recommend going with a local company. If you would like more specific info for some in the Denver area, let me know!
