Have you been turned down for a health insurance plan because of pre existing questions; then consider this. Do you own a small business, is there at least two owners, a spouse/partner or other person. Is there an owner and at least one employee. Many states allow for guaranteed issue of a group plan with 2 or more employees, even if that person is a spouse. Contact us to learn more.

I'm leaving an employer, and have paid most of my deductible for 2009 already. If I switch to COBRA, does my deductible reset? Or is it a continuation of my original policy, and I have already satisfied the deductible requirements?
