Art Of Saving may collect personally identifiable information from you if you choose to fill out any forms, profiles, or surveys on www.artofsaving.com. Information submitted will not be available to anyone other than our staff. All staff members sign a company Non-Disclosure/Confidentiality agreement including the Information submitted. Except in case of Savism Plus (see below) forms, we do not use the information you provided us for any purpose unless otherwise consented by you personally.

We make every effort to keep our members informed of special events, news, and offers. Periodically, announcements or our newsletter will be send via e-mail or by direct mail. If you do not wish to be contacted, your name can be removed from this list by simply responding to the e-mail, calling us or visiting our web site.

Through a Savism Plus "quote or service request forms" program we may share your personal information with selected business affiliates (Savism Specialists) so that they can contact you and offer you products and services that you have requested.

Security

Personally identifiable information you submit to Art Of Saving is password-protected for your privacy and security. We follow generally accepted industry standards to protect the personal information submitted to us, both during transmission and once we receive it. No method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure, however. Therefore, while we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security. In the unlikely event that an unauthorized third party compromises Art Of Saving security measures, Art Of Saving will not be responsible for any damages directly or indirectly caused by an unauthorized third party's ability to view, use or disseminate such information.

For your protection we also use specialized third party credit card processors and payment systems in order to facilitate payments. When you enter your billing credit card details it is on a third party site and not directly on www.artofsaving.com even though the page may contain our logo.

Art Of Saving may include links to other third party web sites. Such links are not an endorsement by Art Of Saving of those web sites and/or the products or services offered there. Third party web sites may have different privacy policies and Art Of Saving is not responsible for the privacy practices of those third party web sites. If you click on a link to a third party web site, Art Of Saving encourages you to check the privacy policy of that web site, as it may differ substantially from that of this Privacy Policy.

In the event that Art Of Saving goes through a business transition, such as a merger, acquisition by another company, or sale of all or a portion of its assets, your personally identifiable information will likely be among the assets transferred.
